From idea to MVP in 30 days — the Realtouch playbook
Founders ask us all the time: "How fast can we actually launch?" The honest answer is — a lot faster than most people think, if the structure is right and AI is used aggressively. Here is the 30-day sprint we run with idea-stage founders.
Week 1 · Validate the problem
Before a single line of code, we run focused customer discovery. AI helps us draft interview guides, transcribe and synthesise calls, and pattern-match findings. The output: a one-page problem statement and a "kill criteria" sheet — the things we'd see that would tell us to stop.
Week 2 · Design the smallest useful thing
We collapse the product to its smallest version that delivers real value. We co-design with the founder using rapid AI-assisted wireframes and a clickable prototype. The goal: 3 user journeys that solve 80% of the problem.
Week 3 · Build
Our engineering team builds the MVP, leveraging AI to compress front-end and back-end scaffolding. We instrument analytics and feedback capture from day one, so every signal post-launch teaches us something.
Week 4 · Launch & learn
We push to 10–50 real users with a controlled invite, gather usage data, and run structured user calls. By day 30, the founder has either a clear path to product-market fit or compelling evidence to pivot — both far better than 30 days more of speculation.
The sprint is not a magic trick. It is structured pressure — and AI is the force-multiplier that makes the structure feasible.
